The Marine Culinary Arts Institute was born from a shared conviction: to make seafood cuisine a driving force for excellence and regional influence by showcasing talent and fostering the transmission of skills.
This momentum was initiated by Bernard Leprince, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF), and brought to life thanks to the support of AFPA, the Normandy region, and the Cotentin Agglomeration Community.
