Contact Information

Located in the heart of the Cotentin region, our institute offers specialized training in marine cuisine. We carry forward the producers’ expertise through every recipe and skill we teach. 

Opening Hours

We welcome you Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM — whether you’d like to visit our facilities, discuss your project, or ask a question. 

Parking Access 

The Institute is located within the culinary training hub of the AFPA center in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, at 55 rue de Beuzeville, Équeurdreville-Hainneville. Free parking is available on-site.
